The hotel advertises a very modern lovely room, but instead, the rooms are very dated and old. They were clean and comfortable but in need of serious refurbishment unless you like 70's decor. The rooms were very basic with old tired furnishings that ideally need updating.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The room, although needing some updates with old furniture, was decently sized on the top floor. The price I paid was fair for what I got, but perhaps a ground floor room would have been more convenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering our late booking and arrival. I appreciated their welcoming attitude and the unexpected cooked breakfast provided.

The location was the highlight of my stay, perfect for an early morning seaside experience. However, some areas of the hotel felt tired, and there were cleanliness issues with previous guests' leftovers in the shower.
